My name is Rachael Uffens and I am a Licensed Independent Addiction Counselor (LIAC) in Arizona, an Internationally Certified Advanced Alcohol and Drug Addition Counselor (ICAADC), and a Department of Transportation Qualified SAP.

I have worked over a decade as a therapist specializing in addiction, trauma, and mental illness. Through my time as a therapist, my drive to deliver the most effective, culturally appropriate, and trauma responsive evaluation and care continues to be my number one priority.
