DOT SAP Process
Initial Evaluation
A face-to-face evaluation following the rule violation prompting the start of a return-to-duty process.
Referral Process
Following the initial evaluation, referrals will be made to the appropriate treatment and/or education as part of a personalized plan to fit your unique needs and goals all while complying with DOT requirements/regulations for the return-to-duty process.
Follow Up Evaluation
Face-to-face assessment to review and assess success in fulfillment of treatment and/or education as outline in treatment plan.
Arizona DUI Services
Screening
The AZ Courts and the MVD require alcohol and drug screening as there needs to be a better understanding of alcohol and substance use. The MVD-required a one-on-one assessment with is completed with our certified behavioral health professionals. The MVD-required alcohol and drug screening is an assessment that will determine which treatment option is best for your situation
Education
We offer a 16-hour DUI Education Course that will meet your legal requirements as a Level Two DUI offender. Our course meets state and MVD requirements including knowledge and understanding of alcohol and substance use, legal consequences, and . If you have been convicted of a DUI or pled to a lesser charge, you likely need 16 Hours of DUI Education
Treatment
We offer a 36 hour DUI Treatment Program that meets requirements for Level One DUI offenders. The 36 hours of treatment consists of 16 hours of DUI Education and 20 Hours of DUI treatment.
